5-Grain High Energy Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons quinoa, uncooked
  • 3 tablespoons barley, uncooked
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp millet uncooked
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown rice uncooked
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried mixed fruit

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours (over night). Before serving, drizzle with pure maple syrup.
