5-Grain High Energy Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons quinoa, uncooked
- 3 tablespoons barley, uncooked
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp millet uncooked
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown rice uncooked
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla
- 3/4 cup chopped dried mixed fruit
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours (over night). Before serving, drizzle with pure maple syrup.
