Fruit & Nut Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup organic, fortified rice or almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana (frozen is best)
- big spoonful almond butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or raw agave nectar
- 1-2 tbsp vegan protein powder – eg. rice, hemp
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Put it in a thermos if you need to take it with you.
