Power Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup organic soy, rice or almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana (frozen is best)
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup organic plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp rice, hemp or soy protein powder
- 4 ice cubes – optional
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Put it in a thermos if you need to take it with you.
