Day 12 – Complete!

I have blogged a bit about my first cleanse experience in January of 2008. What I haven’t mentioned until now is that I tried again in June and ended up having to quit half-way through. That time, I found I had no energy and was feeling extremely weak and light-headed by Day 5. During a cleanse, it is important to allow your body some additional time to relax. Unfortunately, I had too much going on at that time that i wasn’t able to allow myself that time.

This cleanse has been very good for me: I was well prepared, I have lost a bit of weight, I have a lot of energy, my belly feels relaxed, and I managed to stay on track the whole time.
