During the program you follow a whole-foods plant-based diet. You enjoy an abundance of whole grains such as rice and high-protein quinoa, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and our signature Elation Green  Smoothie, all creating a balance diet. Our recipes are triple-tested and delicious

Here’s what you do:
  • Eliminate Bad Foods – that cause inflammation
  • Add in Good Foods – that cleanse and detoxify
  • Eat good fats – foods high in Omega 3 fatty acids, and plan-based fats
  • Eat your greens – enjoy lots of green leafy vegetables and our signature Green Drink

Details: As mentioned, our signature 12-Day Cleanse follows a plant-based diet (no animal products) seasonal menu and consists of clean burning food. In the fall and winter months you enjoy more rich root vegetables and whole grains, and in spring and summer months more raw fruits and seasonal fresh vegetables. All grains are gluten-free and coffee and alcohol are eliminated during the 12 days, green tea is permitted.

The program includes group meetings, discount from Natural Food Pantry, guest experts, on-going support and motivation, sample meal plan, email tips, grocery list and suggested meal plans. You will see how easy it is to make whole fresh foods the major part of your diet.

What to expect at the meetings: We’ll go over all the details of the program, the shopping list and preparation tips. We’ll also discuss planning meals, and make a recipe or two, and how how to add foods back into your diet along with clean eating strategies for everyday living.
