Elation Power Yoga
At Elation Centre we teach Power Yoga also called Vinyasa Yoga. This style of Yoga builds physical and mental strength as well as flexibility; and the classes have been known to get hot and sweaty from student-generated heat, not from external heaters.
This internal heat super-charges your metabolism, burns fat, burns calories, increases flexibility safely without over-stretching, all without sweat pouring off of you or the person on the mat beside you.
Our classes are offered either on a drop-in basis with your class pass or pay as you go. We also offer pre-registered classes including Pre-Natal and our Sunrise Yoga Boot Camp
