FAQ:

Do I have to be flexible or good at yoga to join? No you don’t you just need to come to class, have fun and work at your own pace, you will quickly gain flexibility and strength

Can I use my drop in class pass at Elation Centre for this program? This is a separate program so you can’t use your drop in pass, but you can join Boot Camp at a discount, contact us to sign up.

Do I have to eat a vegan diet to join?? No not at all. You will receive delicious recipes to add plant-based meals and snacks to your diet, moving slowly to a Pure Food diet with less processed foods and more foods to help you build energy and burn more fat!
