Race Weekend Update

About the Schedule
- Please note from time to time we have last minute teacher substitutions that will not be indicated on the schedule.
- The schedule is open.
- You are welcome to drop-in to any class.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
- Schedules may be subject to change, so please check this page regularly.
- Pre-registration is required for Workshops and Sunrise Yoga Boot Camp. Registration closes 48 hours prior to start date.
Preparing for Class
- Bring a yoga mat (you can also borrow one at no cost).
- Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
- Refrain from using any scented products such as perfumes, scented creams, scented laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
- Turn cell phone and pagers off.
- Drink water before and after class.
- Try to avoid drinking during class to maintain internal heat.
- Avoid eating heavy meals two hours before class ~ if hungry eat fruit: it digests quickly.
- No gum please.
