Elation Hot Yoga
Elation Hot Yoga is practiced in a heat tolerable by most people, around 30 C, hot enough to encourage deeper flexibility and detoxification without overstretching or dehydrating. Elation Hot Yoga is perfect for people with limited flexibility, people who love a good sweat from the inside and out, and anyone who wants to cleanse and detox. Open to all levels, bring water and a towel

- Tuesdays @ 6:00PM Hot Core
- Tuesdays @ 7:15PM Hot Hips
- Wednesdays @ 9:15AM Hot Flow
- Fridays @ 5:00PM Hot Flow
About the Schedule
- Please note from time to time we have last minute teacher substitutions that will not be indicated on the schedule.
- The schedule is open.
- You are welcome to drop-in to any class.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
- Schedules may be subject to change, so please check this page regularly.
- Pre-registration is required for Workshops.
Preparing for Class
- Bring a yoga mat (you can also borrow one at no cost)
- Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in
- Refrain from using any scented products such as perfumes, scented creams, scented laundry detergent and dryer sheets
- Turn cell phone and pagers off
- Drink water before and after class
- Try to avoid drinking during class to maintain internal heat
- Avoid eating heavy meals two hours before class ~ if hungry eat fruit: it digests quickly.
- No gum please.
